Plastic granules are bits of plastic — colored plastic granules come in every color imaginable. These tiny pieces are manufactured in factories, where workers specifically produce them to serve a range of products. These colors add some freshness to each product and this, in its turn, makes them unique and impressive.
As raw material, we use big pieces of plastic to produce plastic masterbatches. First we melt them down into a gooey liquid. We put the melted plastic into a separate machine that cuts it into tiny pieces. The small bits are then dyed in bright colours and cooled. The pieces are cooled and can then be used in a great number of products we can design.
There are so many things that can be made from colored plastic granules! They can also create toys that kids enjoy playing with, plates that they eat from, and even furniture for us! They also appear inside everyday objects such as hairbrushes, cups and phone cases. The options are virtually limitless, which is why we love designing with these vibrant granules.

This is one of our special products that Yuezheng makes. You take various colored granules and mix them in to create something completely new and thrilling.
